Let me tell you about my first and only painting job so far. Not only did I paint the walls, ceilings, doors, and window trim, but I also painted the drapes, refrigerator, rugs, desks, and even the bathtub. Going that extra mile is what Dodo painting is all about. Everything matched perfectly. No matter what color they wanted, I always painted everything one gorgeous color. Let me tell you that one color all over sure does make everything look just like one color all over.

When the owners came home and inspected my work, they started shrieking to high heaven and even cursed me out. What did I miss I thought? Looking all around, my job was perfect—everything was one color. It was magnificent, so why were the husband, wife, and kids throwing my masterpieces at me. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. What did I miss?

Then it hit me. Duh! They didn't match the room. I had forgotten to paint each one of them the same color as they came in. No wonder they were so angry. Well, I picked up the paint sprayer and zapped them all from head to toe until they too matched and blended into the surroundings.

They were Picasso dazzling. My job was finished. I was in such a professional painter's paradise high that I waddled out of there as fast as I could before they paid me. Pride in my work and their hot pink covered bodies were payment enough. Am I a talented one-color painter or am a genius one-color Picasso painter?
