Animal Roles & Human Souls

I love animals and I'm sure that most people do also. They're everywhere—in people's homes, in their backyards, in cages and tanks—all because they want to love them from up close. The zoos are full of them all over the world. That says a lot about human beings.

Scientists experiment on them in laboratories and cut them up to find out what makes them tick. People even eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It must be because they love them so much and want to cherish the animal's spirit inside their bellies.

I love people, but like I said I also love animals. So I was wondering if the animals wanted to be inside people's bellies or run free to go wherever they wanted. Nobody had ever asked them that I imagine. Well, I did just that and they mostly said that they would rather live as far away from people as possible.

Now, I had my mission. I knew just what had to be done—to rescue as many animals as I could from people loving them to death . It was a job for the Goofball Superhero , the animal saver.

While watching Saturday morning cartoons, it occurred to me that all I had to do was find some celebrity animal stars to convince people to stop eating and experimenting on us. I made a list of the most famous ones: Mickey Mouse, Shrek, Elmo, Winnie the Pooh, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Babe, Tweedy Bird, Snoopy, Road Runner, and even Sponge Bob. Sponge Bob wasn't an animal, but I was sure he would help me clean up this mess. I looked for them for six months but couldn't find a single one. I guess I'll just have to keep on searching for as long as it takes. Hopefully, before people eat all the animals, including me!
